The research will be judged initially by the conference scientific Committee.
Authors should submit original, unpublished research papers, all papers must not simultaneously be submitted to another journal or conference.
Papers will be published in an international journal indexed in Scopus database. Authors shall pay the journal fees.
All research and working papers will be published on the conference website (Proceedings) with an international numbering.
