1. Preparing qualified and trained cadres to deal with different categories of persons with disabilities and providing them with theoretical knowledge and information specific to each category.
  2. Helping graduate students to identify children with disabilities by training them to use appropriate measurement and diagnostic tools for each category of people with disabilities.
  3. Helping graduate students in preparing educational programs, teaching methods, teaching aids and technology for each category of people with disabilities and being able to use them appropriately.
  4. Contribute with the local community in preparing programs for the prevention of disability in general, and work as much as possible to reduce the incidence of disability through a number of preventive programs.
  5. Meet the needs of ministries and private sector institutions for trained and qualified human cadres to work with persons with disabilities.
