Governance and Strategic Planning
Strategic Goal
Adopting the highest international trends in strategic planning and good management and upgrading the university's classification locally, regionally and globally.
Strategic Objective
1- Strengthening the role of the boards of governors of the Faculty of Media, following up the level of performance, the effectiveness of decisions, ensuring integrity and transparency, and adopting objective criteria in selecting leaders and committee chairmen based on transparency, competitiveness and efficiency.
Sub-objectives
1.1 Completion of the strategic plan in accordance with the methodology of periodic review and continuous improvement of executive plans in line with the vision, mission, values and objectives of the College of Media.
1.2 Strengthening the role of the Council of the Faculty of Media and following up the level of its performance and the effectiveness of its decisions, and ensuring its integrity and transparency.

Continuous modernization in learning and teaching at the Faculty of Media to keep pace with the local, Arab, regional and global market.

2. Constant adoption of the culture of upgrading that keeps pace with the development of the learning and educational process, and providing a stimulating educational environment, pioneering academic programs, and high-quality experiences that keep pace with the needs of the local, Arab, regional and global media market.

2.1 Creation and development of innovative academic programs.
2.2 Providing a university environment at the level of the Faculty of Media with high-quality outputs.
2.3 Promoting a culture of quality of academic programs and continuous improvement in learning and teaching on the equal of the Faculty of Media.
2.4 Evaluating and improving the outputs of educational programs and courses at the level of the Faculty of Media.

Scientific Research and Graduate Studies
Strategic Goal
Developing the position of the Faculty of Media as a research center for the dissemination of knowledge and creativity, and providing graduate studies with supportive programs in sustainable development locally, regionally and globally.

3. Constantly upgrading the level of media research and graduate programs in the Faculty of Media and linking them to local community issues.
Sub-objectives:
3.1 Upgrading the level of scientific research in the Faculty of Media.
3.2 Raising the level of graduate students and master's theses in the Faculty of Media to serve community issues.
3.3 Developing the website of the Faculty of Media by adding many new quality services and fully automating the work of the college.
Student Services Pillar
Strategic Goal
Preparing a graduate of the Faculty of Media belonging to his homeland and leadership, who is able to think critically and creatively and has the ability to communicate, solve problems and engage in the media labor market, and create an incubating environment for the development and formation of the personality of the media student, develop his skills and abilities, and motivate him for creativity and academic excellence.
4- Strategic Objective: Continuous improvement of student services at the Faculty of Media to match national and international standards, raising the level of students' competitiveness in the labor market, and activating communication mechanisms with graduate students.

4.1 Providing an educational environment in the Faculty of Media that supports the integration of students through their studies and their participation in extracurricular experiences and experiences that lead to the acquisition and development of the graduate's characteristics and competencies inherent to him with the appropriate skills for the labor market.

8- Continuous improvement of administrative and academic systems and procedures in the College of Media in accordance with the highest quality standards; and enhancing institutional commitment through evaluation, auditing and broad involvement of faculty members, staff and students in decision-making.
