Attendees traveling to Jordan will require a visit visa for entry. However, citizens of certain countries may be exempt from this requirement. We recommend checking with your nearest Jordanian embassy or consulate for specific visa information. If you require an invitation letter to support your visa application (e.g., for abstract acceptance), we are happy to assist. Transportation

For your convenience, shuttle buses will be available to transport attendees between the recommended hotels and the conference venue:

• Morning Pickup: 8:00 a.m. from the hotels to the Conference Venue.
• Return Trip: 3:00 p.m. from the Conference Venue back to the hotels.
