Welcome to Human Resources  Management Department/ School of Business. The Department of Human Resources since established aims to contribute the provision of manpower and qualified students in the field of Human Resources Management, and To provide   the need of institutions locally , regionally and  globally  in the public and private sectors. In addition, the department aims at building students' capabilities in the management of Human Resources and develop their learning and leading skills to help them interact positively with the work environment. The Department also labours to improve their abilities in decision making, problem solving and environment analysis to effectively contribute to their work organizations.

The department offers distinguished study plans. this plan provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to deal with the modern business environments of various types of private and government establishments which keep pace with the ongoing scientific and technological developments. Finally, the department offers a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
