In 2015, the Higher Education Council and the Jordanian Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions (AQACHEI) granted approval for the establishment of the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences at Jadara University. Teaching for this program began in the first semester of the academic year 2015/2016, and it was situated within the Faculty of Pharmacy.

During the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023, approval was given to establish the program for Respiratory Therapy and Critical Care a new faculty was established at Jadara University under the name of the Faculty of Medical Allied Sciences. This new faculty comprises two departments: Medical Laboratory Sciences and Respiratory Therapy and Critical Care.

Furthermore, the faculty is actively considering the development of new programs to meet the evolving demands of the job market in various fields of Allied Medical Sciences.
